James is the founder and president, expertly overseeing day-to-day operations. over 38 years of construction experience, he has successfully managed a diverse range projects, including Class "A" office towers, luxury hotels, high-rise condominiums, and mixed developments. As a Florida Certified General Contractor and Underground Utility Contractor, as well as a State of Real Estate Sales, James brings extensive expertise to the table. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University and a Master of in Construction Management from Everglades.
